How do I locate the tools I want?
 
You can find your tool by clicking on the category at the top of each page that is most likely to contain that particular tool; i.e. Bank Reconciliation is most likely going to be found in the accounting section and so on.  After reaching the most likely category you will see that all tools are listed in alphabetical order. If you cannot find a particular tool make sure you search under all possible names for that tool; i.e. if you can't find "Profit and Loss Statement" make sure you look under "Income Statement" as well.

Search Functionality is also available in the left-hand navigation bar.

If you cannot find the tool you want please let us know at wantedtools@DigitalWorkTools.com and we will do our best to locate it for you and get it placed on the site if we determine that it would have value to others as well.

How do I purchase tools?
 
Follow these step to purchase and download your tools.
  1. To add an item to your shopping cart, click the Add to Cart icon on at the end of each tools description.
  2. To add subsequent items to your shopping cart, simply use the Continue Shopping Button to return to the last page viewed. Continue shopping on this page or go to another area by using the links at the top of each page throughout the website. Repeat this process until you are done shopping and the desired tools are in your shopping cart.
  3. You may view your shopping cart at any point by clicking on the "View Shopping Cart" button located on the left of each page throughout the website.
  4. When you have returned to your shopping cart review each item for inclusion in your purchase. When ready to purchase simply click on the "Check Out" Button and you will be directed towards our 128-bit SSL (secure socket layer) encrypted and secure order form.
  5. After completing and submitting the order form you will be directed to a secure download page containing download links to all of the tools that you purchased. You simply need to click on these links where you will be prompted to select a location on your computer in which to save your tools. Select the appropriate location in which to save your tools and select "save" and your tool will download to that location. REMEMBER: Note the location to which you are saving your tools. The secure link page will remain active for several hours should you have trouble downloading the documents. You will also receive an email containing the link shortly after your transaction is complete; this link also remains a live link for 24 hours. If after several attempts you are still unable to download the tools please contact us at customerservice@DigitalWorkTools.com
  6. Once you have downloaded your tools you just need to go to the location of the saved files and open the tools using the appropriate software application (i.e. Word, Excel, etc.) Our files are not compressed so there is no need to uncompress or "unzip" the files. Please be patient as some tools take longer than other to download due to their size and the speed of your internet connection.
 
 
I can't find the downloaded tool on my computer, what do I do?
 
If this is immediately after download you may return to your secure download page and re-download the documents again, remembering to write down the location on your computer to which the tools were saved. You can also download the tool again from the link contained in an email that you will receive shortly after your purchase. If you didn't get an error message during download the tools are most likely on your computer and can easily be found using the "search" function from your computers "Start" menu. If you do both of the preceding steps and still cannot find your tools please send us an email at  customerservice@DigitalWorkTools.com Please include your name and reference your order number in your email.  
 
How do I know it is secure to pay for a tool with my credit card? Is my personal Information encrypted and protected?
 
DigitalWorkTools.com employs a secure e-commerce server to process all credit card and PayPal transactions. All our transactions are settled in US dollars, however you may purchase products using the above credit and debit cards from anywhere in the World, you will merely see an amount converted to your country's currency on your statement.
